Since a very young age I have always been into sport: football for almost 20 years, track and field (100 & 400) meters and many others sport disciplines such as kick boxing, pilates, yoga, and racket sports...

I started my career as an Equity Broker 15 years ago. It was also the time when I enrolled into a Gym to try to stay fit. However, the unhealthy life of the City, the bad diet, the long hours seated behind a desk and my training program were far from being optimal to stay in good shape.

It is only after 10 years of excess that I realised I had to change it all if I wanted to have a whole healthy new “Me”. I started to change my diet in quantity and mostly quality. I also radically changed my way of training. I now know how important it is to have a holistic approach to maximise the results. It is probably why I am educating myself a little bit more day after day about training, nutrition and supplementation, having made a 180-degree change and devoted to make Fitness a way of life. As a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Poliquin BioSignature Practitionner Level1&2 my aim is to inspire, motivate and empower my clients. It does take time and dedication to achieve great results but a healthy lifestyle is not about short term goals and we all can do it with the right spirit.
